The deposit - a type of contract that obliges both parties to treat each other seriously, is non-refundable with us. If you inform us well in advance of your change of plans, we will propose another date at a similar price.

 

Animals: are welcome, additional one-time cleaning fee 18 € applicable.

 

The entire apartment is a non-smoking area.
